Kettle with tea-coffee in an elegant box. Hair/dryer in an elegant bag. Neat, tasteful room. Complimentary soft drink offer with a voucher. Wonderful, very helpful personnel at the reception and very nice gesture for guests to welcome them with fruits and water at the lobby.

Good hotel, clean room, easy to find. Hotel parking garage, 20eur per day. Close to the center 15min walking, or 3-4 stations by tram.

I liked that there's welcome drink and snacks. For the connectivity to Graz old town, this is great value! Staffs are super friendly and explained everything I needed to know clearly. I also liked that they are all about sustainability.
