Exceptional central position with tram stop litterally in front of it. It is easy to get everywhere from here, so it's perfect to explore the city. The loft was clean and the kitchen had all the necessary in order to cook some food (just in case you are too tired to have dinner out). The heating devices were all functioning and even during snowy days the temperature was fine. It has its unique style and I really enjoy the view and my staying in Pharmacy Loft

The studio is very central and it's spacious. The kitchen is well equipped, also with oil and herbs / spices. Self check-in is easy. It was clean.

Amazing location!! With a view of Kunsthaus Graz and 2 min walk away from it 😄 The flat itself is very cozy and interesting. We spent 1 night just in the flat because we were so curious to examine every detail 😄 This flat really has its character 😄👍 Kitchen and bathroom are very well equipped.
