Very friendly and welcoming staff even on a late arrival, a spotless modern room with an extremely comfortable bed, excellent bathroom facilities, a fantastic breakfast buffet, and a very comfortable lobby space to work from before meetings.

The staff was very very nice, Laura is amazing. The breakfast is amazing and very good. We just didn't like the beds because they are not so comfortable, but other than it's okay. The location is great.

this was my 5th pr 6th stay in this hotel. Location is 9/10, price is 9/10, staff/reception are 100/10 :) parking is 10/10. when i go to Graz, i always stay in this hotel. rooms are clean, underground parking, reception staff is very kind and helpful ( everybody), nothing negative for now :)
