Beautiful apartment, loved the decor , large cool and spacious . Small balcony with table and chairs Great location , cafe, bar, farmers market across the road . Walking distance to town . Excellent host quick response to any questions Highly recommend if visiting beautiful Graz

One of the coolest properties I have seen recently! Apart from the spacious kitchen, a little bathroom and restroom it has 2 big rooms, with carefully picked and stylish vintage / modern pieces of furniture and decorative items. Place is well equipped with all what you need. Balcony for the kitchen has some trees with tons of birds singing. Parking is very close in an underground parking house. Truly inspirational apartment!

I loved the flat because of all small details and things that make sense. Even just to stay in was a kind of experience. I loved the soft lights, the walls, the balcony, music, old but beautiful pieces of furniture and it was very clean.

This is probably the best flat I've ever rented. It is located in the centre, so you don't need to use public transport. The flat is fully equipped and well-designed, it's spacious and cosy. Moritz answered our questions quickly
