Great apartment very close to the city center. It’s on the 3rd floor, has everything you could need even for a longer stay. Very fast and reliable internet connection. Secure and spacious parking is in the ground floor of the building. Two supermarkets are nearby. The host, Thomas, is available if anything is needed.

Location of the apartment was great with easy and nice walk to historical city center. Apartment is super convinient if you are traveling with the car, as you can use specious garage in the building. Communication with the host was very easy he also meet us to share the key and give us helpful info, welcoming wine was also a nice touch. In general apartment is super equipped even with some nice detailes that may be of use during one’s stay in Graz. Building is very peaceful and although one side of apartment is on street with traffic you can not hear anything through windows. Terrace is also a nice spot to enjoy the stay. From our side true recomendation.

We had a wonderful stay! Communication with the host was excellent – quick, clear, and very helpful. The location is great: close to the main attractions in Graz and also perfect as a base for day trips. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need – and even more! The area is quiet and peaceful, with bus stops just around the corner that take you directly to the train station. Everything in the apartment is thoughtfully arranged, so that guests feel comfortable in any situation – even on rainy days. You can really tell that the host puts a lot of care and attention into making the place cozy and convenient. We highly recommend this place for both short and long stays – a truly excellent choice!

We had a great stay! The location is perfect, close to everything we needed. I really appreciated the private parking, which made things so much easier. The kitchen was well-equipped and very clean, and the bathroom was modern and nicely done. Everything was exactly as described, would definitely stay again!
