Modern, big, clear, spacious apartment with very good conditioning system, in 10-15 minutes from center of Graz, in 4-5 minutes from grocery shops,with self check-in and check-out

Modern hotel with all amenities, stylish and practical at the same time. Located in the city center with all tourist attractions and restaurants in walking distance. The apartment is clean, spacious and air conditioned. The terrase is quite special, as can be seen from the photos of the property. Since check-in and check-out are automated, it is a must that the received directions received are followed very closely and on time.

Absolutely exceptional, a rare gem in the heart of Graz As an architect, what struck me first was the building itself, a masterpiece of contemporary design by Zaha Hadid, boldly standing out in a UNESCO-protected area. Graz is known for its courage in blending futuristic architecture into its historical fabric, and this building is a perfect example of that spirit. From the moment I booked until the very last day of my stay, everything was flawless. The apartment is brilliantly thought-out, every single detail has been considered to make you feel at home. It's far beyond what any hotel can offer in terms of comfort, functionality, and atmosphere. The location is unbeatable. You’re in the very center of Graz, yet just steps away from the city park. Shops, cafes, and everything you might need are just around the corner. Even arriving from Vienna Airport was effortless, the airport bus stops just a 2-minute walk from the apartment. Truly an extraordinary stay – I would return in a heartbeat!
