I liked everything. The apartment is cozy and clean, and it's located in the center of the old town. The apartment has a lot of rare items and furniture. The ceiling and the old parquet flooring are particularly noteworthy. I was very pleased with the apartment. The owner is very helpful. There is a parking lot in the courtyard. If you're traveling by car, please consider the size of your vehicle. The entrance to the courtyard is not very wide. I was driving a Suzuki Vitara and had to fold the side mirrors.

Apartment is spacious and well equipped. Location is perfect within 10 minutes walking distance from all major attractions, restaurants, museums and shops. You can see Schlossberg from the window and a big plus is parking in the courtyard of the building. We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Host Moritz is very helpful. Hopefully we will be back again.

A very pleasant and well-maintained apartment in an excellent location. The property was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was exceptionally polite and professional, and communication in English was clear and efficient. Graz is one of my favorite Austrian cities, which I have visited before, and I would gladly stay here again.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful – spacious, stylish, and full of character. This charming historic city apartment is tastefully combined with a modern design, creating a very pleasant and elegant atmosphere. Parking in a closed area. Its central location in Graz with excellent accessibility is a big advantage. Everything went smoothly during our stay, with great communication and no issues at all. We would definitely recommend this accommodation.
