The fine print
The property is a strict non-smoking area in all rooms and general areas.Please note that room service is not available in the hotel. You are welcome to take your desired food and drinks to your room during our restaurant's opening hours.Please note that each room is equipped with individually adjustable air conditioning. The air conditioning is only available from May to October.
Heating via radiators is only available from November to April.Our reception is open from Sunday to Thursday between 6:30 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. On Friday and Saturday weekends, the reception is open 24 hours a day.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The location of the hotel was excellent with a 2 minute walk into the main square of Graz. The hotel was immaculate in terms of decor and spotlessly clean. The room was very large, good amount of hanging space and and a safe. The bed was very comfortable. Coffee machine & pods included. The bathroom was spacious with a good shower . Rituals brand of shower gels & hair products provided. The hotel bar was lively and the staff very friendly and kind enough to speak English. Overall, I feel we couldn't have picked a better hotel

Great breakfast. We didn’t pay for the all in breakfast but yogurt and porridge were exceptional! Lovely restaurant attached. Location was fab!

Great hotel located in the heart of the city. Amazing staff that provided us with an upgrade and took care of our stay. Good breakfast with gluten free options. Entire place is stylish and cozy.
