The apartment is just amazing, modern with beautiful views a terraces, we enjoyed our stay very much. Parking instructions were very clear and communication with owner quick. We appreciated a coffee maker with coffee beans which is by far no standard thing, even though it should be.

Very well appointed, modern property with excellent facilities and inclusions. Exceptionally clean. We only stayed a short period but this could be a good base for exploring Graz and the region further. We took advantage of the available, secure parking which was very helpful. Th host provided very detailed instructions (with images) making the whole check-in/out process and access to property very simple.

Check-in instructions were clear and the process straight forward. location, outside of Graz and close to the motorway, was perfect for visiting Gamlitz and wineries as well as Graz downtown. the flat was spacious, new and the views and seating areas on the balcony were a plus
