The fine print
The property is closed everyday between 15:00- 17:00 Monday to Friday.Please note that the guest entrance is separate to the Pub Restaurant Entrance with a separate lock/keys as for the premises being closed Monday to Friday between 15:00 and 17:00. This enables the guests to come and go at any time. If the guest telephones the administration, they can arrange to leave the keys in the allocated room during this period.Managed by a private host

We travelled down to Kent from Burton on Trent and we booked this stay as a last minute and it is one of the best places we have stayed in the UK. The landlord and Landlady gave us a warm welcoming and came out of their way to talk to us and ask if all was ok with the room and if there was anything we needed, the community in the pub itself were really welcoming. The cleanliness of the pub and the rooms were absolutely outstanding, the beds are comfy and we will definitely return. Thank you !

Nice homely pub with real ales and good food. We were lucky to be there on Wednesday night when they had 2 Thai chefs producing excellent Thai food. Very friendly owners and staff. Would stay again.

the hospitality at the darnly arms was excellent . rooms super clean comfortable and great nights sleep nice busy pub with friendly regulars . . great beer and really good pub food would rate our stay 9.5 out of 10 and would definately stay again many thanks andy chris and micheal
