When you book the family room for 2 pax you will have access only to the Topazio Room which includes a double bed and a sofa bed.

Perfect location for a wonderful holiday in Como. Very beautiful and cosy villa. Close to the lake and the supermaket, well connected by ferry to other Como lake locations. The staff is fantastic, the room very large and clean, the breakfast delicious. I totally recommend. We will definitely be back as soon as possible.

Host was amazing. Gave us several tips about the region and what to do. We got the room with view to the lake and mountain. There is balcony where we could enjoy drinking some wine ans appreciate the view.
