The location is excellent right in the middle of Grassington. The host was lovely and friendly. Very knowledgeable about the area and helpful towards other guests. The room was good. Clean and comfortable. Had all the essentials, toiletries, hairdryer and coffee/tea making facilities. The breakfast was exceptional. The choice was amazing and taste great. I can definitely recommend this place.

Great location in the heart of the village, yet secluded and quiet. The room was spacious as was our bathroom. Spare tea and coffee etc readily available. Breakfast was excellent.

Everything was wonderful. The room we booked was small but extremely clean, comfortable and welcoming. Perfectly clean bathroom, a wonderful view of the garden, very good breakfast and secured parking space. Absolutely perfect!
