Location was perfect, plenty of really lovely hikes and pubs within 10 minutes walk. Staff were exceptionally lovely and helpful. The property was beautiful and the rooms were perfect. The food/ breakfast was great, they even went above and beyond to leave a breakfast out for my partner who had a bike race very early in the morning. Would recommend to anyone staying in Grasmere!

The breakfast was amazing. Lots of options for the cold breakfast and also for hot. The staff were friendly, welcoming and polite. The guest house was clean and tidy and had a lovely atmosphere to it.

Friendly welcoming staff, able to sit in the garden. Lovely property clean comfortable and lovely breakfast in the conservatory.
