Our bedroom was lovely and bathroom very modern. Great amenities - the body wash, conditioner and hand wash are a great, local brand! Lovely tea and coffee facilities in the room. Very clean and tidy. Nice to have the living room and garden space. We also had a takeaway and ate it in the dining room one night which was handy. Location is brilliant for both walking and visiting Grasmere and Ambleside.
