Great communication from host. Complimentary toiletries, which doesn't seem usual in our travels around Germany. Complimentary water in the room.

Spacious rooms with clean bathrooms and lovely small touches. Incredible understanding personel (we had a car accident and they made sure we were given extra time to sort it all out) and reasonable prices. Easy access to rooms and extremely comfortable bed. Also, a handwriten note from the owner, what more to ask for to feel welcome!
