Beautiful view of the lake and natural surrounding. Charming castle and historical interior with a rustic cozy vibe. It would be great to fence up an area in the nearby meadow so guests’ dogs can play together without leash. Happy and tired dogs behave more calmly, which as a result gives guests a better experience too.

Beautiful views and tastefully decorated rooms and shared spaces. The room was spacious and breakfast buffet was everything you needed.

Wonderful Location and delicious breakfast with plenty of options, clean and spacious family room with bunk bed. There is view of the lake 😍

The best cozy stay on the road across Sweden to Stockholm or just to explore the views and walks along Vättern Staff is always super welcoming and service minded, the whole setups is very convenient and the main building gives some grandeur and a very nice breakfast view. All facilities are there including charging and sauna - and the are very dog friendly with dedicated rooms for guests with dogs, also for when dining/breakfast if the dog prefers to be with their family
