The fine print
The property has no lift.If a ground floor room or walk in shower is required please contact Hotel.We have a limited number of ground floor rooms which are outside main building.Food is available in Treetops Bar between 12pm and 8.30pm.Please note for security we will require you to provide personal debit card or credit card details at check in, even if the booking has been pre-paid by you or someone else. If you are booking on behalf of someone else, please ensure they are aware that they will be required to provide card details before checking in with us.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Staff were excellent and very helpful. The room and bathroom were huge and very clean, and there were explanations that upgrades to rooms were taking place. Good cooked breakfast choices

Convenient location for the athletics stadium where we're were attending an event. Very large room with very large bathroom. Large comfy bed. Very clean, good cooked breakfast. Room was a little warm but soon cooled down when we turned off the radiator

We like nearly everything, staff was very helpful, Location is very calm Food is very good Everything was clean Room no 5 wad huges ( amazing) never see something like that
