Good location for the town and promenade. The pre visit communication was first class. Warm welcome guaranteed. The room was very clean, nice and had everything you need. Breakfast was amazing !

Very clean, comfortable accommodation. Breakfast excellent with good choices. Owners friendly and most helpful. Location ideal beautiful views of the sea from the property. Nice quiet area but walking distance to shops, cafes pubs etc. has parking on site.

We were so well looked after. Nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful breakfast Room very comfortable. So many small things make this a superb B&B - lovely mugs, fair trade products, good sized bins ( silly I know but who needs those silly wee things where the bag falls on you get in hotels!) Rachel & Mike are fantastic hosts
