What a gorgeous hotel. Absolutely stunning settings, step out of the rooms and feel like you’re in the jungle. The rooms were clean and very spacious. Staff were amazing! Especially AJ he remembered everyone’s name, welcomed us every morning and went above and beyond all day to serve us

The staff in the restaurant were friendly and most of them serve above and beyond.Also security staff were helpful. The room was kept clean. Breakfast and dinner choices were very good. The gardens are attractive and the colonial style buildings were lovely. A big thank you to Alexandra, Ashvin, Jatin, Ajay, Amand, Jamelia, Stephan, Kossi and Mrs Sampat for various areas of service in restaurant, security, cleaning, etc. Also thank you to the hotel manager, Elodie, for taking the time to have a chat with me.

My wife and kids were travelling by themselves. I was told by them that the staff was very good and helpful and especially the lady at the front desk who took very good care of them.

We recently stayed at this resort in Mauritius and had an overall average experience. The setting itself is beautiful,as you’d expect from Mauritius..and the natural surroundings made for a peaceful escape. The staff were generally courteous, and some went out of their way to be helpful. Food options were decent but not particularly memorable. A bit more variety and local flavour would have enhanced the experience.
