The scenic views, amenities and level of detail given to the guests all around the hotel.. The staff are very friendly and made an effort to get to know their guests individually by name including preferences e.g. that my partner and I had preference for lemon tea.. The same experience with the front desk, house-keeping, at the restaurants.. The amenities all through the hotel, cleanliness, the pools especially the iconic one at the rooftop, the large overhead showers, the bed comfort, the well-equipped gym.. The facility is all round world class

Beautiful hotel with a modern design. The beach is lovely and since I visited off-season, there was always plenty of space. There’s an adults-only area with an infinity pool, which is super nice even if it’s not heated. The restaurants are really good a bit pricey, but the quality makes up for it. The spa is gorgeous, and the fitness program as well as the free water activities (snorkeling, kayak, paddle, etc.) were a great addition. The Service can feel a little impersonal, but the staff are still friendly and helpful. I also loved the little touches, like ice creams or fresh fruit skewers brought directly to your sunbed

This hotel is fantastic in every aspect. We stayed for a week and were very happy with the excellent service and the very friendly and helpful personnel. The units are spacious and very modern designed (smart home technology). The view is stunning! The food being served is of high quality and tasty. We had nothing to complain. I can only recomend this hotel. Thank you very much for this nice experience. We are coming back!
