James “Great stay at a reasonable price”

Very friendly staff, particularly Yeshna. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a good stay. The location is quite good as we had access to a car. There is a shuttle service, but it finishes quite early so will probably need to make your own way back if you are out for dinner. The pool was very clean and pretty, but sunbeds go fast! The rooms are very spacious, as well as the balcony outside.

Staff and people at this property were/are a true gem. Lovely, kind and everyone was so helpful. The front desk helped us a lot with special requests i.e. birthday cake which they confirmed even before even starting to travel. Taxis could be organized very quick and recommendations given that were really helpful....and they always had a smile and wonderful attitude to offer. The staff at the coffee bar and restaurant were also always kind and helpful and had an open ear even though they had a lot of work. Room service was very good and very helpful with requests. Gym trainer JP is also an amazing guy who offers great advice and new lessons to learn. One special thing to point out here is as well is the wonderful garden and the way it is maintained. Really stunning, that place is such a wonderful location to sit in the early mornings or winding down in the eve. The guys really are doing a great job in keeping that place so neat and "beautiful". Transport to town and beach is available as part of free shuttle that the hotel offers and right next to the hotel are two malls with plenty of options to eat and get groceries.

Staff are absolutely lovely, very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are spacious with a very comfy bed. Nice pool area, gym, spa and indoor pool. Good location, close to explore local areas.
