The receptionist Christine was a very pleasant and friendly young lady and helpful too. She even remembered what day I was flying home and she washed and dried my clothes. The chamber maids were friendly too. I liked the view from the roof terrace of Granada, Great views of the Alhambra and cathedral and other historic buildings. I liked the price of having my clothes washed and dried ... 7 euro good price.

location is great. But very noisy as people were talking all night. May be due to heavy rain . The place is good. I would not recommend for any one who cannot walk stairs as this is a tall building with multi level floors.

I liked the helpfulness of the staff. I liked that I had a sink in my room. Overall the stay was pleasant.
