Staff very friendly & helpful, with the welcome and also plotting out some areas to visit on a map. Rooms were very clean and all 4 people in our group commented on how comfortable the beds were ! It was very hot and the aircon worked very well. Great location - 10min stroll into the centre. Great bonus to have parking on the premises (in the basement)

Location fantastic and in the centre, underground carpark next to the hotel, bed comfortable, breakfast very good, staff all friendly and helpful. Also there was a lovely restaurant/bar attached to it.

The staff was really friendly, the room was really spacious, as was the bathroom. The room and bathroom were very clean. I felt the pillows were a bit soft to my taste, but the beds were very big and comfortable. The breakfast was simple but with enough options for a good meal to set you for the day. Very tasty. It was also very close to the city centre. We had a car that stayed in te payed hotel's parking, and we walked everywhere.
