Staff were exceptionally kind. Room was lovely and warm. Great location. Close to the Granada city centre. Huge choice for shopping. We would like to thank the staff for giving us a kettle to the room. Nova days most of hotels have a kettle or coffee machine in the room, not in Ibis hotels. I think it would be a huge bonus.
