Kindness of the recepcionists was outstanding. They were polite, profesional and helpful. Location is amazing, walking distance from all of sights. The hotel is in excellent shape, ckean, comfortable.

This was a last minute booking for a stopover on the way back from Skiing in Sierra Nevada. The hotel is in the centre of the city, with easy walking to the old town, and the Albaicin area. I had a small single-bed room, comfortable firm bed and I loved the choice of feather or memory foam pillow. Shower was excellent and the room spotless. I loved the information sent out via email regarding getting to the hotel, parking, location etc and the same applied inside the hotel, lots of information both in Spanish and English. There is a parking space outside the hotel so that you can park, check in and unload your bags before taking the car to the carpark.
