At this hotel the personnel definitely goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable, welcome, helped and supported in your visit to Granada. I reported a small issue with some external scaffolding which was causing some noise and they immediately acknowledged it and offered a solution. They all have been very kind to me and this helps a lot when you are a solo traveller. The room was really amazing and the breakfast as well! Gracias again 🙏🏻

Beautiful room Clean room Good bed Nice bathroom with high-tech bidet Nice infrastructure in general. Well located. Not bad smells like at their other property.
