Excellent location and very kind and helpful staff. The hotel is very central, close to the many restaurants and bars. There is a parking garage literally around the corner - and the staff at the reception can help you with finding the spot. As the hotel is in the restricted zone, make sure you communicate the license plate number with the hotel to avoid paying fines. The hotel is super helpful here - they sent us detailed instructions on everything the day before! The hotel has a small cafeteria and a terrace, breakfast is 8 EUR and you can pay on the spot. The breakfast is very decent! The hotel is a little tired, but it has character, it is very clean and with super nice staff and wonderful location, definitely recommend it!

The staffs are so nice and helpful. Guide us to the room as well as helping organise taxi. Location is also great, walk distance to the city centre.

Very professional staff and good communication. The location suited me. There is a Carrefour Express on the corner and lots of bars and restaurants within moments from the hotel. The room was larger than average and the bathroom had a walk in shower. A fit person can get to all the major tourist sites from this hotel location.

The receptionist was very helpful and friendly, recommending things to do, even which buses to take. The hotel was also very clean and the room large and comfortable.
