Staff is amazing, if you follow their recomendations your stay in Granada can get so much better. Room was really comfortable, it even had a heater for a cold winter night. And the location is superb. I was very happy with my stay!

It's in the center of the city, we are located in the first floor and it was so convenient since we have a baby, though they have upper floors without elevator. The staff were so approachable. And we were able to put our luggage in their storage during our check out while waiting for our train in the evening.
