The hotel was easy to find, the staff were friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English (our Spanish is poor at best). Room was extremely clean and comfortable, well equipped with mini bar, tea and coffee, hair dryer, shampoo and soap. The food in the hotel restaurant was exceptional.

The location and staff are great. Check-in and check-out were quick despite the crowds. The reception staff are extremely experienced and courteous. There are some nice touches from the hotel management, such as wiping your car window before you leave and leaving a nice message on it wishing you a nice trip.
