The staff are fantastic, Rocio went above and beyond to help and make our stay enjoyable. It felt safe secure and welcoming!! Location was fantastic and if we didn’t live so far away in Australia we would be back soon

Great location in the Albaicin. Fantastic view from our room, looking onto the patio with the Alhambra just across the valley. All of the staff, Rocio(?), Letititia, Andrea and others were terrific, and could not have been more welcoming and helpful.

The view from the balcony, of the Alhambra, was wonderful. The atmosphere of the hotel was friendly and relaxing. Had an amazing evening watching flamenco in Sacramento cave recommended by the hotel.
