The room was very big and AC was nice plus 2 fans, bed was decent. They don't supply drinking water. The staff use the kitchen a lot, so it made it hard to cook or make coffee, as they always were using the space and coffee machine, or making you feel rushed to use it. They should have their own kitchen and coffee machine to solve this. They were supplying sugar, and it ran out. I asked if they had more, the staff said no, then made their coffee and refilled the sugar for themselves. Located in a very rough neighborhood, close to down town but seems not to be somewhere to walk around past 6pm. The pool was murky for most of our visit so we didn't use it, but other people did. On the 5th day, it looked like they cleaned it. Some of our food got taken by others which was very annoying, would have been nice to have a small fridge in room for personal items so they don't get stolen. All in all it was okay.

Overall good service and friendly staff, there was a shared kitchen and fridge so we are planning a longer stay next time.

Friendly receptionist, swimming pool, spacious aircon rooom, well equiped kitchen. Right by the market and 5 minutes walk to the parque central.

We originally planned one night at Casona Macondo and ended up staying for 3 due to an illness and wanting to be near the hospital in Managua. The staff were excellent, so accommodating for everything we needed, helpful at odd hours when we needed to find a pharmacy, and always looking out for us and asking how our little one was doing. They genuinely cared about helping us in every way they could, and I don't think we could have asked for better hosts for a rough few days.

The place is immaculate and have a really beautiful style. I have been one week here and enjoyed every second. Really good value for the price, highly recomend.
