After reading various other reviews, I was unsure what this hotel would be like. From my experience, everything was perfect. The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was abundant with food ranging from eggs, cold cheese and meats, myriad different cakes, yogurt, oats, quiche, pies etc etc etc. The hotel is also only a short walk from the centre of Gramado as well as a couple of nice parks.
