Best location in Gramado, walked everywhere to all attractions and restaurants. Our room had a balcony with a pretty street view. The buffet was great, had about 10 cake options. We used gym, small but suitable for 2-3 ppl maximum at a time - it also had the best view of the church(image below)! Staff were friendly, only one staff member spoke English.

The breakfast was excellent. The location is perfect for Gramado Centro. The staff at reception were exceedingly helpful and friendly.
