Very comfortable, clean, staff was professional and efficient. Breakfest was good. Very close to city center. Room service was good. Very nice hotel for families with children as it has a nice and safe playground.

I don't even know what to say about this hotel, it is just something else, great location, not too close or too far from the city center, very good breakfast, and the staff is extremely polite and helpful, they deserve a 10 just for the staff alone. Great place for a a family holiday, it entertained from 3 to 60y/o and left us all wanting more.

breakfast is amazing, staff too, and common facilities (pool and jacuzzi). We got free tickets to the cinema museum.
