The staff were very friendly, and even though we reached early they were able to provide us the room. And the views were incredible. Note to anyone trying to reach the hotel. When we called the number, nobody picked up. But after leaving a voicemail someone called back, and also coordinated with us.

Lovely little hotel, beautifully decorated, with super comfy, cool, spacious common room overlooking the mountains. Perfect and quick communication with the management (over WhatsApp). Great location, close to everything.

Fabulous location, quiet neighbourhood, helpful and really nice staff. Many small things - such as Grainau guest card - were a really pleasant surprise. Definitely recommend to stay in this place. Thanks a lot!
