Location is in a quiet area on a narrow road but easy to find. We had our own room and house key and shared kitchen and bathroom with other guests.

Nice room in a house not far from Graiguenamanagh. Excellent bed. We went to the Festival of Writing and Ideas in Borris House and we were quite late checking in. We were grateful for the host's kind understanding.
