The property is located in a peaceful and clean neighborhood, offering excellent privacy. The host was very attentive and helpful for instance, one morning when there was no water, they promptly arranged hot water for bathing.

Grahamstown has a water crisis and the host has a backup system to ensure there is water. Also the town is always cold and there is an electric blanket to keep you nice and walm
