“Good priced apparment in a perfect location for families.”

The area where the Villa is located is one of the best, close to everything in Grado-Pineta, a quarter with huge trees, shadow of green trees - a very pleasant place/street in summer - we did not needed the AC. Pet friendly location (we were with a dog), a lot of locals and guests with pets on the street - still very clean streets. All apartments have balcony or terrace that is great. Reservation process was excellent, also communication with the host. Free parking in the courtyard or on the street, 3 minutes walk to the beach, right near the shops and the bus station Grado (8-10 minutes to Grado with G21), and bars, coffee shops, bakery. Worth to stay in this area more than a week!

I had a big appartment with a terrace and a garden….perfect for me and my dog…. The womans name who takes care of everything is named CLEO and did an exeptionell job…taking care of everything I needed. She‘s nearly reachable everytime during the day and does everything, so that the guests are having a perfect stay.
