... well the room thankfully looked like on the photos, clean and there is a small fridge in the room, which I needed. Welcoming staff. Breakfast was good apart from the coffee machine. Otherwise a good selection of sweet and sour breakfast.

Property was fully equipped, loved the small fridge in the room , fresh clean towels , clean rooms, view was pretty from balcony , very close to the beach , and to all restaurants, staff was wonderful friendly and helpful , breakfast was amazing all type of foods if you go with kids they can eat a lot too , loved fresh pastry and lots of fruits , coffee was absolutely delicious, I would definitely go back to this hotel in the future

The accommodation is in a very good location — about a 5-minute walk from the beach, and the city center is roughly the same distance. The street itself is also quiet. There’s parking available at the property for €12 per day, which is actually quite convenient, as it’s nearly impossible to find parking in Grado, especially in such a central area. The breakfast could have had a bit more variety, as the same items were served every day, but aside from that, everything was very tasty. The room had air conditioning and everything was very clean.
