The staff were cheerful and very helpful, speaking fluent English and German as well as Italian. Breakfast was amazing. Plentiful, fresh and a variety of sweet and savoury options. Handy car parking and easy to find.

Nice accommodation close to the beach and the center of Grado. The staff was very friendly, a nice lady welcomed us upon arrival, showed us our room, and gave us some tips. Our room was on the ground floor and was beautifully clean and nicely furnished, including air conditioning. There was a nice selection at breakfast, including a bar. The distance to the center was about a 15-20 minute walk along a nice promenade. Access to the beaches is limited and paid, but the hotel offered us a better deal. Parking was right next to the hotel, but there was a market going on during our stay, so we had to move from the street in front of the hotel to the hotel's small parking lot, where luckily there was space for us.
