I booked mainly to live my Downton Abbey fantasy, got even more. Charles and Inge are so nice, you really feel like being welcomed in their home. The bedroom was huge, so was the bathroom. Breakfast in the sunroom was super cozy. The garden around the property is just amazing, at dusk we spotted bunnies and a runaway sheep, in the morning we would watch squirrel skipping in the garden during breakfast. If you are a Games of Thrones fan, the Dark Hedges are just 2-minute away by car, but all the main cities and attractions on the coast are maximum 20-minute away. Just be aware the property is cash-only and pepare in accordance.

It's not often you get to stay in a traditional country house, the breakfast room was charming with original features from the period and the hosts are lovely friendly people who offered us help and guidance whenever we needed it. A lovely place to stay.
