Everything was clean, always hot wather, there was a good AC unit in the room. The house have wonderful garden where you can relax. Marica and Ivan are wery nice people. Everything you need just ask them. Free parking at the place. Place is about 10 km from Plitvica or Barićeve špilje and 20 km from Rastoke.

Very convenient location by car for plitvice lakes. We arrived late evening and settled in very nicely. The kitchen was very clean and has all the pans and plates needed for breakfast. I also used the host's cling film for making a packed lunch. If we came earlier, there was plenty more in the area to experience and the garden looked relaxing too. Plenty of car parking space too. The host was very nice and welcoming too showing us our room and facilities.

Quiet and peaceful property close to Plitvice Lakes National Park entrance 1. The room and balcony was fine and it was great having a shared kitchen downstairs to prepare meals and chat to fellow guests.
