We stayed one night in July at Goran’s place in Croatia, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The host was expecting us and provided clear, exact information beforehand, so we found the house without any problem. Parking was easy with plenty of large spaces available.The house itself is older but cozy and well-equipped with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the large welcome bowl of fresh watermelon upon arrival—a lovely touch. Goran was very attentive throughout our stay, offering great recommendations for trips and restaurants nearby. He responded quickly to our questions and was always ready to help.Since we only stayed for one night, everything was totally fine, but if we had stayed longer, the firmness of the mattresses might have been a bit of an issue for us, as we are used to harder surfaces.All in all, Goran made a great effort to ensure we felt comfortable during our short visit.

Already before arrival, we could tell the difference... We received a message on the day of arrival from Goran, our host offering his help to provide us with good restaurant recommendations and offering his help whatever we need. He invested a lot of time and energy to guide us according to his best knowledge regarding local tourist information, which you definitely cannot reach online and only can get from a local. He was very professional, polite, kind and generous to us. He gave a big importance for every little detail hosting us and we could tell from the decoration and the arrangements of the apartment that he thoroughly thought through how he can provide the highest standards for his guests. Small details but shows a lot that he welcomed us with super tasty water melon cautiously cut up and cooled down in the fridge in the big heat and he offered us a huge balloon of spring water, because he said that it was healthier than drinking tap water. My children really appreciated his two very friendly pets: a dog and a cat. The trampoline, the badminton and the little gym in the garden really makes this place a REAL paradise for children. The huge green area around the house gives a real relaxing atmosphere. The barbecue is definitely a plus, not talking about the fact that Goran was capable of lighting the fire for us late in the evening when we arrived back from the Plitvicka lakes. The apartment is very clean, very spacious (especially the bathroom, which is huge) and the kitchen has the necessary basic equipments. It is located in a great place hardly 10 km from the main entrance of the Plitvicka lakes, walking distance from restaurants and a small supermarket. A bigger supermarket is only 3 minutes drive where you also can find a small shopping mall with pharmacy, restaurant, etc. We definitely will recommend this place to our family and friends and no question we come back another time just for a longer period.

The area is incredibly beautiful and Goran was the perfect host, he was a huge help for everything and he made us go to places we would'nt be able to find by ourselves. Big 👍👍👍
