Housekeeping and fresh towels are provided daily. Bed linens are changed on alternative days.New Year's Gala dinner is subjected to an extra fee of EUR 35. Very good location, close to the local market, good beach area with lots of sun beds and umbrellas. Delicious food with lots of varieties where everyvody can find their favorite dish. Helpful and friendly reception staff who were always happy to help and answer any questions. Clean and accurate pool.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The entire place is very clean, with a beautiful and well-maintained garden that creates a relaxing atmosphere. The staff are always friendly, polite, and welcoming — special thanks to the bar team, you guys are awesome! The team speaks English, Russian, and German, which made communication very easy. The spa center is located right in the hotel and the staff there are also very professional and do a great job. There are also some nice entertainment options like table tennis and hookah, which we really enjoyed. A big shoutout to the small restaurant with Turkish flatbreads — they were absolutely delicious! The beach is just across the road from the hotel. It’s clean, quiet (no loud music), and perfect for relaxing. You can also find some shops and souvenir stands both inside and near the hotel.

Food was delicious, the evening entertainment really good. The kids club monitors were super nice and the activities they proposed were fun. We spent an amazing week!! Kid's disco was a franc succes!
