This was our second time staying at Amara Comfort Resort, and once again, it exceeded all our expectations! We want to give a special shoutout to Nargiza, the lovely lady at the reception. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. She kindly arranged an early check-in, a free room upgrade to a spacious family suite, and even helped us with a late check-out. Throughout our stay, she was always friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive. Thank you, Nargiza – you truly made a difference! The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the animation team kept both kids and adults entertained every day. The resort offers excellent value for money, and we’re already looking forward to coming back again. Highly recommended!

We had a very pleasant stay at Amara Comfort Resort. Beautiful hotel, spacious room, and the restaurant offers a good and varied selection of food. We would like to thank the staff, Madina and Yakoub, for their kindness — they were very attentive and helpful. However, we were very shocked by the attitude and welcome from Aynura, who was unpleasant from start to finish. She refused to give us the sea view room we had paid extra for, claiming that the hotel was full without even checking. After insisting with Madina, who was clearly uncomfortable with the situation, we were told to come back the next day to see if a room became available — even though this information is accessible on the hotel’s computer system. Thanks to Yakoub and Madina, we were finally able to change rooms and received the sea view room we had paid for the next morning at 9:30 a.m. This clearly proves that the room was available all along. We also want to thank the housekeeper Mai Shurat, who was very friendly and helpful. However, we had a disappointing experience with the Turkish à la carte restaurant. The starters were already served when we arrived, and they were soaked with rainwater. The food was mixed with rain, the chairs and table were drenched, and the staff didn’t seem bothered — as if it were normal. But overall, the hotel is wonderful, and we do recommend it.

The bar staff were amazing (Aziz we are looking at you) Food was good but more variety like sushi night (more than once a week) would be good. The animators were all so lovely (Ronaldo and Bruno) Surrounding area view is perfect (mountains and sea) Shops just outside of hotel (we had to nip to the pharmacy and it was a 10 second walk)
