We stayed in Eva that is like Anastasia a 5 bed, 4 bathroom and unusually a 2 kitchen villa that lends itself to a large family's or because of the second kitchen on the villas lowest level comprising a bathroom, 2 bedrooms (one a double) and a living room 2 families who could have some autonomy. The villa is modern, fitted with quality appliances, tastefully decorated and has everything you could require for self-catering. Every window has electric shutters for security, blackout and help the air-conditioning which is centrally controlled for each of the three floors and works well reaching all areas. The private pool is 7 to 8 metres long and 1.5 metres deep for its entire length. It's in the sun the entire day but there is plenty of shade if needed in a bbq and outside dining area. Old Gouves is a short walk away with several taverna and small shops but walk back is uphill so could be issue for some. Hire car is essential for supermarket and sightseeing. We arrived to 7 litres of water in the fridge, fruit, crackers, honey, jam and pods for the nespresso machine - as well as stocked bathrooms. Everything needed for the first day/night. In short the villa is excellent partly due to it being very new, time and maintenance will tell.
