Good hotel, good choice of breakfasts and different themed dinners in buffet format. Quite a large pool, there is yoga and massage, very friendly staff. The room was spacious and bright.

Absolutely Everything. The staff including Dimitri, Claire Adonis, Michaela and Katrina were simply amazing. I wish we could recall all their names. They couldn't do enough for us from the minute we arrived to the second we left the hotel. We were made to feel so welcome. We have stayed at quality hotels all around the world. The service and friendliness of this hotel is without doubt the best we've experienced. There was always a smiling face to greet us. A big shout out goes to the management. You've trained your staff well in the art of service. Our flight home wasn't until 2am which meant normally we would have no room for the whole day, however we were given a complimentary room to keep until we were ready to leave. Although this is not rated a five star hotel it certainly has a five star feel. We will certainly be staying there if we visit Crete in the future. Thanks to you all for making our holiday so special.
