I arrived at 1am and left around 6am tomorrow morning to get my next train. I had already contacted the hotel before my arrival and they were very accommodating to my arrival time. Therefore, for me it’s about the communication. I had ordered a boxed breakfast which I received. My stay was short but I found the staff professional and helpful.

The staff are excellent, very helpful and professional, the hotel is in an excellent location for all transport links, shopping and attractions.

I didn't expect the room to be so spacious and comfortable. We had only one night, and the price is reasonable. The staff is so kind to help us reheat our food at the staff's office. And they have a swimming pool and sauna that are perfect for helping us heal after our long trip from Copenhagen.
