The location is excellent - only a few minutes walk from the main train and bus station and close to the centre and sites. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent - lots of choice and all fresh and very tasty. The reception area was large with lots of comfortable seating. Overall a great hotel and would highly recommend.

The breakfast is amazing. We only missed the smoked salmon. ;-) The rooms were comfortable and I love the solution for children sleeping in the bunk beds. Very practical. The staff were friendly and helpful, even during a busy Easter time. Actually, the woman tending bar on Sunday night, April 5, was amazing. She was alone and sooo busy, but still she remained friendly and unfazed. I was stressed for her, but she took it all in stride.
