This hotel is in an excellent central location, less than a two-minute walk from trams and buses, making it very convenient for getting around. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and comfortable, and I especially appreciated the heated bathroom floors. Breakfast was a highlight—the waffles were honestly some of the best I’ve ever had.

Upon arrival, the staff greeted us with genuine warmth and friendliness, setting a positive tone for our stay. The room was exceptionally comfortable (with air conditioning), situated in a beautifully renovated hotel that retains the charm and style of its era. Although our time in Gothenburg was brief—we had just one day and needed to depart early for the ferry—the staff ensured our needs were met by providing a takeaway breakfast, for which we were truly grateful.
